Acquisitive broker buys Manchester firm
CBG Group, the Manchester based listed insurance broker has acquired Spencer Lavery Associates, a specialist broker of healthcare insurance and also a provider of general insurance broking services and financial services.
SLA will be relocated and integrated into CBG's Manchester offices immediately following completion.
SLA, in its audited accounts for the year ended 28 February 2005, reported turnover of 261 000
