Lloyd's subpoenaed over finite reinsurance
Lloyd’s has confirmed it has received two requests for information from the US Securities and Exchanges Commission and the United States Attorney’s Office.
A spokeswoman for the market told PM. “This is not the office of (New York Attorney General) Eliot Spitzer.
