Converium close to selling CRNA, says report
Troubled reinsurer Converium is looking at selling off its subsidiary Converium Reinsurance North America (CRNA), which has been in run-off since 2004, according to a report in the Financial Times.
The paper said that chief executive Terry Clarke, who replaced Dirk Lohmann earlier this year, had indicated that the group was no longer seeking to wind up CRNA and was instead looking for a possibleOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
