Starr sues AIG
A company controlled by Maurice ‘Hank’ Greenberg, the former chairman and chief executive of the American International Group, is suing AIG, seeking access to documents it said might show mishandling of a $1.64bn legal settlement.
Starr International Company has asked a judge to order AIG to hand over all records and notes from board meetings since Feb. 9, 2005.
