Axa UK up despite creditor slump
Axa UK this morning reported total general and health insurance revenues increased by 8% in the first half of 2006 to £1.7 bn.
Overall Axa UK strong (32%) saw its profit rise to £156m from £118m in 2005. Globally, Axa's profit jumped 19% to Euro 2.1 billion.
In a statement Axa said the UK general insurance result was helped
