Cobra acquires Hammond Frey Marrington
Consolidator Cobra has purchased broker Hammond Frey Marrington.
HFM, formed in 1989 by John Hammond and based in Westerham, Kent, specialises predominantly in commercial risks, managing in excess of £1.2m of gross written premiums.
