FCA seeks input on how to help vulnerable insurance customers
Insurance customers are increasingly finding it difficult to navigate the market, the Financial Conduct Authority has warned.
In a speech, Chris Woolard, director of strategy at the FCA, said that customers are ‘aggrieved’ that their individual circumstances are not taken into account when insurers price their policies.
