Government unveils plans to tackle rise of cold calling
The government has unveiled plans to make it easier to tackle cold calling.
The Telephone Preference Service, which blocks unsolicited sales and marketing calls, will be transfered from Ofcom to the Information Commissioner's Office, it was announced today.
