Government opens evidence call for CMC review
The government has today (2 October) launched a call for evidence for a fundamental independent review into the way claims management companies are regulated.
The Treasury and the Ministry of Justice are looking to build on the work of the Claims Management Regulator by taking forward a review announced in the summer Budget.
