Insurtech funding reaches record high
The volume of insurtech deals reached $724m (£541m) in the first quarter of 2018, its highest ever level and 155% greater than the same period last year.
The numbers from Willis Towers Watson, showed there were seven $30m investment rounds completed during the quarter.
Moreover, the line between funding from incumbent (re)insurers and venture capital
