Mitsui Sumitomo, Aioi Insurance and Nissay Dawa all detail their previously announced merger
Mitsui Sumitomo, Aioi Insurance and Nissay Dawa have all detailed their previously announced merger.
In the deal, Mitsui will buy Aioi and Nissay, with investors receiving 0.19 a share for every share
