Munich Re's Ergo buys 40% stake in Thailand insurer
Munich Re-owned insurer Ergo has agreed to buy a 40.3% stake in Thailand-based Thaisri Insurance for an undisclosed sum.
Dusseldorf-headquartered Ergo has bought the shares off the founding families of the business: Panichewa and Srifuengfung - who will maintain a 59.7% stake in the business. The aim of the sale is to
