Am Trust Europe has acquired Cardiff-based Composite Holdings; a business it had provided underwriting capacity for over the past four years.
Composite, through subsidiaries Composite Assistance and Composite Legal Expenses, provides insurance and administration services to insurance companies, brokers and affinity groups.
