Loss assessor jailed after Zurich uncovers claims 'conspiracy'
A Liverpool-based loss assessor was jailed yesterday for 18 months for conspiracy to commit fraud by false representation.
Anglo Assessors employee Martin Bookey, 52, was found guilty of exaggerating claims following a five-week trial.
Zurich customer Alex Shaw, 39, of Liverpool, was also found guilty and sentenced to six
