Zurich "disappointed" by Supreme Court decision
Zurich has responded to the Supreme Court judgment in the appeal of Fairclough Homes v Shaun Summers.
Speaking at the UK Supreme Court, Tony Emms, UK chief claims officer, said: "Zurich is disappointed by the decision of the Supreme Court, but pleased to have won the argument on the legal principles
