Aviva and Brit credit hire cases reach Court of Appeal
Seven credit hire cases involving Aviva and Brit are set to be heard in the Court of Appeal later this month, Post has learnt.
Major firms Axa and RSA may also see their cases come to court if they are unable to reach a settlement. Four test cases, three of which involved RBS Insurance, have been settled out of court.
