XL Group to redomicile to Bermuda from Ireland
XL ordinary shareholders have approved a scheme of arrangement that will change the place of incorporation of the parent holding company to Bermuda from Ireland.
The redomicile, which remains subject to the receipt of necessary regulatory approvals and sanctioning by the High Court of Ireland, is expected to be completed in the third quarter of this year.
