R&Q to buy IC Insurance for £17m
Randall & Quilter is to acquire IC Insurance from indirect owners Astra Zeneca UK and Imperial Chemicals Industries.
Randall & Quilter is to pay £17m for the company.
IC Insurance ceased active underwriting in 1996. Residual liabilities comprise of US workers' compensation reinsurance of the United Insurance Company
