RAC recruits CBI president ahead of IPO plans
RAC has recruited the president of the Confederation of British Industry as its new chairman as uit readies plans to enter the London Stock Exchange.
Sir Michael Rake is also currently deputy chairman of Barclays Bank and has also served as chairman of KPMG International and BT Group.
Current chairman Rob Templeman will take on a non-executive role
