Slashed offer price sees Saga valued at £2.1bn
Saga executive chairman Andrew Goodsell has expressed his satisfaction at the demand for Saga shares after the offer price was cut to 185p resulting in a market capitalisation value of £2.1bn.
The insurer had previously mooted a price of 185p to 245p, however, it decided to narrow the price range to 185p to 205p, after closing books on an offering to Saga customers.
