Drivers take risks with floodwater driving, according to AA
More than half of UK drivers are putting themselves in danger attempting to cross dangerous flood water, a joint AA and Environment Agency survey has found.
Of the 21 165 AA members surveyed 54% said they would drive through flood water with 27% admitting they would drive through flood water deeper than 30cm - enough to move a car.
