Insurance broker banned for misappropriating money
The Financial Services Authority has banned Harbinder Panesar from working in the financial services industry and fined him £212 237.
Panesar was director of south Wales motor breakdown insurance firm Motorcare Elite, which is currently in liquidation.
An investigation by the FSA found that Panesar had misappropriated over £180 000
