Well, it's the calm after the storm and Biba 2015 is over and it seems like most people have done the sensible thing and booked today off to make sure that they give their bodies (livers especially) an extra day to recover.
Not me though, I wanted to reflect back on my thoughts and experiences at my first ever British Insurance Brokers' Association conference ...
