Extent of insurers underpaying women exposed
Data Analysis: Data shows the parts of the insurance industry where women are most likely to be earning less than their male counterparts plus what action is actually closing the gender pay gap.
Insurers with fewer than 250 employees and brokers with more than 5,000 employees are the worst offenders when it comes to paying women less than men, post-pandemic.
