Lloyd's warns FSA over SII box-ticking
Lloyd's finance director Luke Savage has warned the Financial Services Authority against the perils of hiring "rookies" to approve businesses' internal capital models for Solvency II.
Mr Savage claimed the regulator has been forced to bring in staff with little specific insurance knowledge, following departures from its Solvency II approval model teams and ahead of the looming
