Zurich's first half global P&C profit falls 15%
Swiss insurance giant Zurich saw a 15% fall in pre-tax P&C global profit in the first half of the year.
Zurich’s P&C pre-tax first half profit fell $184m (£142m) to $1.02bn down 15% as underwriting profits declined 75% to $62m. Group gross written premiums and policy fees fell 3% to $18bn.
