The final quarter of the year is a time for reflection when we pause to look back on what the year brought our way, what we achieved and where we can improve. This is also the season of awards ceremonies to celebrate the achievements of the best across professions writes Willis' Neil Thomas.
Almost every occupation has its awards, think of the Oscars, the MTV awards, the Nobel prizes for arts, science and political achievements, sports awards and literary prizes.
