Swinton apologises to consumers after FSA action
Broker says sorry after £770 000 PPI fine described by FSA head Margaret Cole to be the result of "deliberate breaches".
Swinton has apologised to its customers after receiving a £770,000 Financial Services Authority fine in relation to sales of low cost Payment Protection Insurance policies.
The insurance broker said
