Dual acquires MGA Oliva Underwriting
Hyperion underwriting arm Dual has acquired UK-based property and casualty, contractor trades and marine insurance managing general agent Oliva Underwriting.
The acquisition forms a core part of Dual's UK commercial strategy and is expected to allow it to significantly enhance its construction and commercial offering to UK brokers.
