Mediator appointed to oversee Gallagher and Ross dispute
A mediator has been appointed to intervene in the dispute between Arthur J Gallagher and its former international CEO David Ross, former chief financial officer Mark Mugge and consultant Christopher Keey.
According to court documents seen by Post there will be "a confidential mediation over a two day period to be agreed between the parties to take between 14 September and 4 October 2015".
