Brit plans to delist on 23 June
Brit has written to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock Exchange for its shares to be delisted.
Brit's request for the cancellation of listing and trading for the company's 1p ordinary shares came after the Fairfax Financial offer to buy the business became unconditional. The cancellation notice
