Direct Line tops complaints league table
Direct Line Group's UK Insurance had the most general insurance complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service, according to figures out today.
Excluding PPI complaints, UKI topped the general insurance league table with 1554 complaints, more than double its nearest rival Axa, which had 698 complaints.
