RBSI rebrands as Direct Line
Companies House files have revealed that RBS Insurance Group has changed its name to one of its most recognisable brands, Direct Line Insurance Group.
It has also converted to a public company from a private entity.
Other RBSI brands include Churchill, Privilege and broker-only commercial underwriter NIG.
The development could be the first step
