Call for life insurance for Bangladesh factory workers
The Bangladesh Insurance Association wants to make it compulsory for factory owners in the garment industry to ensure their workers are covered for life insurance.
The call comes after the Rana Plaza factory collapsed on 24 April, killing more than 1 100 people.
The BIA issued a statement saying: "All workers working in the garment factory should be brought
