Fraud event: ‘Fronting’ definition must be agreed before IFR and Bill introduced

The insurance industry must agree a definition and approach towards ‘fronting’ before the introduction of the Insurance Fraud Register and the Consumer Insurance Bill comes into force, delegates were warned.
