2011 subsidence claims to cost industry £250m
The number of subsidence claims could reach 37 000 by the end of the year, costing the industry up to £250m.
Geoff Ball, director of project managed services at Cunningham Lindsey, told Post that its estimate, based on current forecasts, would suggest a figure of at least £200m.
