Concerns over the future of the after-the-event insurance market have driven two insurance companies to become founder members of the Consumer Justice Alliance.

The organisation, a coalition of charities, victim support groups and law firms opposed to Lord Justice Jackson's review of civil litigation costs, has been launched with the backing of legal expenses
