Quinn plan handed in
A new business plan for Quinn Insurance to re-open its commercial insurance lines in the UK was handed to the Financial Regulator last week.
Quinn's administrator, Grant Thornton, confirmed all the actuarial work had been done from its perspective and the business plan had been submitted.
