Editor's comment: What next for Quinn?
Tuesday saw a flurry of activity following the news that the High Court in Ireland had appointed provisional administrators to Quinn Insurance, on an application by the Financial Regulator.
Perhaps confusingly, it added in a statement that Irish policyholders of Quinn Insurance can continue to renew policies, carry out new business and make claims in the normal way.
However, it then said
