Penny has often heard of a new boss bringing in their own quirks or rules when they are installed.

But Willis CEO Dominic Casserley takes the biscuit thanks to deputy Stephen Hearn’s revelation that the former McKinsey man brought with him an NAP – a ‘No Arseholes’ Policy – from the consultancy. Hearn joked that the policy could have cost the broker some high-value staff, to guilty chortles from his audience. Penny simply questions how on earth there could be anyone in this humble sector who would fall foul of such a programme.
