Career File: Duncan Rutter: DAC Beachcroft partner becomes Foil president
DAC Beachcroft partner Duncan Rutter has vowed to maintain access to justice and improve the claims process after becoming the 20th president of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers.
Rutter, who heads up DAC’s catastrophic injury group specialising in advising on brain and spinal injury cases, succeeds Nick Parsons in the top honorary role at Foil.
