PZU bids for state-owned Croatian insurer

Polish insurer PZU has made a bid for Croatian insurer Croatia Osiguranje, according to local media reports.

PZU has been strongly linked with the state-owned Croatian insurer, ever since rumours that of its impending privatisation emerged earlier this year.
