Aviva is targeting a general insurance combined operating ratio of 93%-95% by 2022, according to general insurance CEO Colm Holmes.
Direct Line Group will look to save over £50m in costs before 2022, it said in a trading update.
Ardonagh has posted a loss of £67.7m for the first nine months of 2019, up from £48.9m in the same period of last year.
At the beginning of the month the current government confirmed it would seek to tighten the law around handheld mobile devices on the road, but will not extend a ban to hands-free use. While Post supports this initial step it believes that the government is not going far enough and with a general election looming this could well get lost in administration.
We are seeking dynamic general insurance pricing professionals who can demonstrate previous experience of leading and delivering a pricing project.
