Trade voice: Still no laws over late payments

The Commercial Court recently handed down another judgment in the long-running matter of Starlight Shipping Company v Allianz Marine and Aviation Versicherungs AG & Ors [2014].

The court found that settlement agreements entered into between Starlight Shipping and its insurers covered the employees and agents of the insurers and, therefore, proceedings started in Greece
