Hastings weighing minority stake sale
Hastings Insurance Group is plotting the sale of a stake in the business, with management retaining "a significant shareholding".
Sky News suggests that plans have been encouraged by the recent flotations of Direct Line Group and Esure, and would value the insurer at £800m.
In a statement, a Hastings spokeswoman confirmed that
