Insurers should better explain cyber pricing to customers, survey finds
Seven out of 10 firms said insurers should do more to explain how they price cyber risk, according to a survey.
The survey of 350 executives in the UK, US, Canada and Nordic countries by Ovum, found that a third (29%) said they don’t believe the assessment by insurance companies accurately affects their risk.
