Pricing for industry loss warranties (ILWs) is on the wane as insurers wait for the Atlantic hurricane season to start, Reinsurance has learned.

Industry sources told Reinsurance that pricing, especially on regional covers, fell by 5-10% in the last weeks of May, although they noted that this was "likely to change" when the hurricane season begins.
