The white-labelled, bespoke end-to-end property claims handling system built by WNSA is called ‘HomeFLO'. Already being implemented for one major UK insurer, this is designed to accurately handle claims consistently, with low execution times and high velocity, delivering stringent control of indemnity costs.

WNSA has also built ‘PropertyFLO', a new IT platform allowing insurers and brokers to outsource claims handling work post first notification of loss. It will electronically link all parties of the claim together, including third party repairers, and interfaces into ‘VeriNET', a new scoping and costing tool to estimate property repairs to provide repudiation, settlement or an agreed schedule of works in the surveyor's first visit.
