Ask Alexa: Aviva develops jargon buster for Amazon Echo
Owners of the Amazon Echo will now be able to get answers to insurance related questions thanks to an interactive jargon buster from Aviva.
Aviva has become the first UK insurer to develop an Alexa skill, similar to an app on your smartphone, on Amazon's Echo device.
The insurer spent 12 weeks creating an insurance jargon buster skill on
