Ageas sees profits fall on back of summer storm damage
Ageas has seen profits of £43m in the third quarter, a fall 8% from £46.9m in the same period last year.
The fall, reflected in the UK combined operating ratio increase from 98.4% to 99.7%, was due largely to the June flash floods. The household COR increased from 86.5% to 98.4%.
